I have a bad back for over 20 years and was hunched over , i have been seeing Angel Rose for the past 8 weeks . My back feels great and im 2 inches taller. I cant tell you how much she has change my life.. thank you so much.

I received a beautiful shiatsu massage from Angela recently and it was so relaxing that I practically fell asleep on the mat. Ange has a gorgeous energy and calmness about her, is very skilled in her massage technique and tailors the session to meet your needs. Highly recommend!

My 9 year old daughter has completed Connected Kids level one course in term 4 2020 and found it brilliant.  She really engaged and bonded with Angela, the other girls and the content.  She looked forward to going each week and enjoyed the meditation.As her mother I noticed a lot of positive changes and felt she became more grounded during tough moments .When she was faced with friendship issues and sibling rivery she was able to stop and check in with her body , this helped regulate her emotions and help make positive decisions.
